Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are £4.95 when purchasing 1 unit, while Buy 2 and Buy 3 orders qualify for free shipping. If a customer chooses the VIP membership, the current purchase does not receive free shipping; instead, they will enjoy free shipping on all future orders as long as they maintain the £2.99/month VIP subscription, along with a 5% discount on neck fans.
